I'm very good with my arm as is my coach (played up to AA but blew out his arm)
My change can be pretty good sometimes, but at this point the teams were playing before districts are late on the fastball so the change isn’t necessary
As a freshman who just turned 15 and approaching 6"4 (call it 6"3 1/2)
I hit 77/78 in my first 3 or 4 innings and it started to fall back into 75 as the game went on. But I only threw 63 pitches in 5 innings so by no means am I overpowering.
Holy sh*t! Barely 15 and you’re over 6’3"? That’s a projectable body that can add a lot of velocity. If you were in the Dominican Republic right now, you’d be about a year away from a six figure signing bonus.
I don’t know who it is, but he looks a little long to be Collins. It looks to me like if he stood up, he’d be almost as tall as Broxton (behind him). And Broxton is 6’4", while Sanchez is 6’2". Collins is 5’7" and would look like an elf around those guys.
somebody needs to Zapruder Film this thing because we must know for certain. If Crow really is in a random throwing session with just relievers on one of the first days of ST, then he clearly has already been ruled out for a spot in the rotation.
Wait a minute...
Are the Royals holding Spring Training on a football field? Have they been doing this all along? Explains a lot…

Those guys all look to be in serious shape.
BeauJackson - February 21, 2012
Best of their lives...
kcemigre - February 21, 2012

Good birthday for me
Got my permit, got to drive on a road, Royals are back, and got my first Varsity win on the mound earlier today!
tiquanunderwear - February 21, 2012
For my birthday, I'm hoping for another Cactus League title.
Surprise, AZ – AKA Titletown, USA
hawkinscm87 - February 21, 2012
Unstoppable, Cactus Style!
philofthenorth - February 22, 2012
Pitcher wins are meaningless.
Warden11 - February 22, 2012
My team is gritty
tiquanunderwear - February 22, 2012
Congrats on the win
RoyalsRetro - February 22, 2012
Thanks!
All I can say is that the deuce was working
tiquanunderwear - February 22, 2012
Listen to Crash, though
Don’t shake off his signs, Nuke.
Sweep_the_Leg - February 22, 2012
Just don't throw a slider
It will F your arm up.
If you’ve got a serviceable change, you’ll dominate.

What do you hit with the heater?

I still need to fill out (as you can see in my picture)
But yeah I really look forward to playing the rest of my high school career, and hopefully college somwhere
tiquanunderwear - February 23, 2012
F**k college! When you get drafted, take the signing bonus and go to the minors.
Scott McKinney - February 23, 2012
I'll be the Royals 53 rd pick
tiquanunderwear - February 23, 2012
You may have won, but do you eat innings?
hawkinscm87 - February 22, 2012
How many polk points?
Loose Seal - February 22, 2012
Most likely negative 12
Considering I didn’t pick off 4 times a batter

Crow throwing with the relievers.
Interesting.
Warden11 - February 22, 2012
I don't know if that's just relievers
Isn’t that Sanchez in mid-pitch?
Sweep_the_Leg - February 22, 2012
Looks like Tim Collins to me..
but I suppose it could be Sanchez
focs - February 22, 2012
if it was a curveball outside, it was Timmy
buddyball - February 22, 2012
I just saw Soria and Broxton for sure.
Assumed it was Collins, could be wrong though.

That was my thought
If it was Collins his head would only be at that level if he were standing straight up on the mound prior to going into his motion.

In any event

Warden11 - February 22, 2012
It's Sanchez.
Whoever tweeted it said it was Sanchez.
